We do a full head to toe assessment as well as address the mental/emotional components of your life to create a complete and whole picture. A treatment plan is created for you at the end of the appointment. One email follow up after the appointment is included.

This appointment is appropriate for clients who have completed the initial intake and follow ups but have not been seen in more than a years time. Additional appointment time is required to gather some additional history information. This appointment is also for clients who need a bit more one on one time than the traditional follow up.
