We do a full head to toe assessment as well as address the mental/emotional components of your life to create a complete and whole picture. This appointment is appropriate for clients who have completed the initial intake and follow ups but have not been seen in more than a years time. Additional appointment time is required to gather some additional history information. This appointment is also for clients who need a bit more one on one time than the traditional follow up.
